The finalized Terms of Service governing use of the Paaxel platform are pending review by external securities counsel and will be published here before the platform accepts live investor subscriptions.

Any offering documents presented during this pre-launch period are illustrative. They do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase securities. No binding agreement is formed until the finalized Terms of Service, the applicable Private Placement Memorandum, and the Subscription Agreement have been executed by both parties.
