The finalized Privacy Policy governing how Paaxel collects, stores, and processes personal data is pending review by external data-protection counsel and will be published here before the platform accepts live investor subscriptions.

While you evaluate the platform, personal information you submit (including KYC documents and wallet addresses) is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification and platform onboarding, stored with standard encryption, and is not shared with third parties beyond the verification provider (Sumsub) and regulated infrastructure required to operate the service.
